Her expertise lies in turning customer insights into tangible go-to-market strategies and driving adoption for new products through experimentation and iteration. She’s also passionate about interface design and AI usability, having recently built her own tool, now‑i‑get‑it, to test homepage clarity through structured user feedback. Akvilė’s experience spans countries and cultures - from Lithuania to the UK to Australia and beyond - shaping her ability to navigate ambiguity and turn it into momentum. At The Forge, she’s the silent engine behind product activation and strategic alignment across teams.
